Dr. Kristen has practiced naturopathic medicine since 2001, specializing in women’s hormonal health, pain management, and natural skin care. For more than 25 years she has combined intravenous nutrient therapy with foundational naturopathic treatments and principles, reflecting her deep commitment to functional and integrative medicine. Dr. Bovee holds board certifications in prolotherapy, chelation therapy, prescribing authority, ozone therapy, therapeutic Botox, and medical aesthetics. She values ongoing professional development and is particularly committed to supporting people of her indigenous heritage through traditional medicines. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her family, skiing, hiking, and tending her garden.

Dr. Jenna Dhillon ND

Dr. Jenna Dhillon is a dedicated licensed Naturopathic Physician with a strong appreciation for a collaborative approach to care. Dr. Jenna is registered through the College of Complementary Health Professionals of British Columbia (CCHPBC) and is a member in good standing of the British Columbia Naturopathic Association (BCNA) and Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND).
Dr. Jenna focuses on addressing the root cause of health issues, integrating evidence-based practices with traditional naturopathic approaches. Her areas of interest are broad and include mental health support, metabolic health, gut support, hormonal health and preventative care.
Dr. Jenna utilizes a diverse array of tools tailored to meet each patient's unique goals. This may include comprehensive laboratory testing, dietary and lifestyle guidance, pharmaceutical and nutraceutical prescriptions, IV and IM injection therapy, and evidence-based botanical remedies.
Dr. Jenna stays current with the latest research and advancements in naturopathic medicine. She utilizes personalized treatment plans that encompass nutrition, lifestyle modifications, and mind-body techniques for an optimal patient care approach.
Personally, Dr. Jenna enjoys all things outdoors; you can often find her cycling, surfing or exploring the beautiful rugged west coast of Vancouver Island.

Dr. Brad Dunstan ND
Naturopathic Physician at

Dr. Brad grew up on Vancouver Island and left in 1995 to study at UBC, earning a Medical Laboratory Sciences degree in 1999. After graduation he traveled through East Africa, Western Europe, and much of Asia. In Asia he encountered Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture; though initially skeptical, he was convinced by the results. Within a year he enrolled at the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine in Vancouver and completed his ND in 2009.
Dr. Dunstan has extensive experience and offers many treatment options. Plans are personalized to each person’s health and preferences. He is certified in prolotherapy, IV therapy, heavy metal chelation, acupuncture, and can prescribe medications. He also provides diet and lifestyle counseling, custom herbal medicines, neural therapy, trigger point injections, and a wide range of lab testing.
Outside work, Brad enjoys time with his sons Henry and Nathan, plays jazz trumpet with the big band "Swing Shift," and takes part in local theater—acting, singing, and dancing. He practices daily Qi Gong to stay balanced and grounded.
His special interests include pain, digestive issues, heart health, pediatric care, hormone imbalances, and chronic conditions. He listens carefully and works with you to find the best treatment. Many patients have found visits with him life-changing.

Dr. Kim McKenzie, MD, FRCPC, is a specialist in Internal Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, and Functional Medicine with over 35 years of clinical experience. He completed his medical degree at the University of Calgary and is certified by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. Dr. McKenzie has dedicated his career to healthy aging, cognitive health, dementia prevention, and the management of complex chronic conditions through an evidence-informed combination of conventional medicine, lifestyle medicine, and functional medicine. His collaborative approach emphasizes identifying the root contributors to illness while helping patients optimize brain health, vitality, and long-term wellness.

Meghan Raza
Clinical Hypnotherapist and Master Life Coach at Hydrate Wellness Centre
Meghan Raza is a Clinical Hypnotherapist with a longstanding background in health and wellness, having worked in the field for over a decade as a Certified Personal Trainer and Registered Holistic Nutritionist. Her deep respect for the mind-body connection naturally led her to hypnotherapy, where she now helps clients access powerful subconscious tools for lasting change.
Meghan is a member in good standing with the International Hypnosis Association and the Academy of Naturopaths and Naturotherapists of Canada. She provides receipts for services that may be eligible for reimbursement through extended health benefits.
Her practice supports clients with concerns such as anxiety, stress, burnout, chronic pain, sleep issues, emotional eating, menopause symptoms, low self-esteem, and more. Through targeted subconscious work, Meghan guides individuals to uncover and release internal blocks, helping them feel more grounded, confident, and aligned in both body and mind.
In sessions, Meghan combines evidence-informed hypnotherapy techniques with a compassionate, client-centered approach. Her work is especially supportive for individuals navigating high stress, emotional transitions, or feeling stuck despite having “tried everything else.”
Outside the clinic, Meghan enjoys long walks, ocean air, and spending time with her daughter and partner. She brings warmth, humour, and a deep sense of presence to every session.
