Our Approach

Naturopathic physicians at Hydrate Wellness are skilled in managing chronic disease using a whole-person, root-cause approach. In an initial naturopathic consultation we take the time to assess your medical history, lifestyle, and underlying contributors to illness so we can design an individualized treatment plan. Recommended therapies may include IV therapy alongside other evidence-informed naturopathic interventions—nutritional and botanical medicines, targeted supplements, physical modalities, pain-management techniques, and naturopathic esthetic treatments—depending on what’s most appropriate for your case.

Advanced IV therapies are offered as one component of a comprehensive plan, not as a standalone cure. When used, IVs complement other safe and effective treatments to support recovery, optimize function, and help prevent ongoing or future disease. Our goal is a coordinated, holistic strategy that both treats current concerns and enhances overall health and resilience.

IV therapy is a modality or tool of naturopathic medicine that is used to bypass the gut to obtain nutrients and hydration directly to the body.  IV infusions may be used in different clinical situations and needs for the patient. There are two different types of IV support at Hydrate: General Wellness IV Support and Advanced IV Support.

IV Therapy

Wellness IV Support

Wellness IV therapy involves the infusion of selected vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and homeopathic remedies tailored to your specific, current needs. These Wellness IVs are designed primarily for generally healthy individuals seeking gentle replenishment of nutrients and rapid hydration to support recovery from transient, self-limiting issues such as common viral illnesses, dehydration from travel or overexertion, effects of chronic stress, mild sleep disturbances, and everyday fatigue.

Intramuscular Injections

At Hydrate Wellness, we provide intramuscular (IM) injections to deliver vitamins, nutrients, amino acids, and homeopathic remedies in a compact, faster format than IV therapy, allowing efficient administration when a quicker or smaller-dose approach is preferred.

Advanced IV Support

Advanced IV therapy refers to intravenous treatments that carry particular risks and potential complications beyond those of a standard IV. While any IV can pose risks for certain individuals, advanced IVs require specific clinical parameters and safety measures to be met before administration. For this reason, we ask that you complete a one-hour First Visit Naturopathic Medicine consultation so our naturopathic doctor can review your medical history and lab work, explain necessary testing, and develop a tailored treatment schedule for your individual needs.
