Clinic Policies

It is important for us to make your clinical experience as easy and comfortable as possible. We are happy to offer direct billing for extended benefits as an added courtesy. We also have a comprehensive online booking system for your convenience. Our policies in place are an example of our commitment to you and your health.

  • For direct billing, you are required to have a credit card on file in your secure Jane profile. You will be asked to sign a consent in order for us to direct bill for you. We are able to bill only one benefit company on your behalf. You will need to submit any secondary coverage yourself. Direct billing to extended benefits is a courtesy we offer to patients.

    We cannot guarantee the ability to successfully submit to your plan, as all plans are different. If we cannot submit on your behalf, you will be required to pay the clinic directly at the time of your service. Your receipt will be provided to enable you to submit for reimbursement yourself.

    If we do not have a card on file or your card is declined and you owe the clinic, your ability to book online will be blocked until your account is cleared. If you have further questions please feel free to call the clinic and leave a message and our team will call you back with further details.

  • We know your time is valuable and sometimes things come up! Our time is valuable at the clinic and we would like to offer time for others who may need an appointment. We appreciate you contacting us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time to either cancel or let us know if you think may not be able to make your appointment.

    Fees may apply if we are not contacted in a timely fashion or if there is a no-show.

    Please email the clinic with your cancellation request at info@hydratewellness.com as phone calls may not be received in time.

  • IV (or IM) therapy is considered a medical prescription that requires clinical assessment by a Naturopathic Physician at Hydrate Wellness Centre.

    For patients who have not been to the clinic are required to have an initial consultation with one of our ND’s. If you have not attended the clinic in more than 1 year or your health has changed significantly, you will be required to complete a follow up assessment before any IV or IM can be administered.

    Advanced IV therapies including iron infusions, NAD, Chelation therapy or Ozone require patients to complete a full Initial ND intake (1 hour) , any required blood work or testing needed for that therapy and a treatment plan developed for your case.
